Q7 works with developers on multifamily housing using Experience-based design principles to enhance the brand experience through interior design.  We design spaces using color theory, environmental branding, and sensory branding for a more cohesive and unified interior experience.  Our background in multifamily housing has allowed us to define proper desire lines for walkways and sensory enhanced designs that create tenant advocacy and higher occupancy rates.
